Had an uncle in this facility and nice place for rehabilitation. Physical therapy worked really hard to get my uncle back to his baseline. Not many speak Spanish but admissions girl & social services assist did. House keeping is always cleaning they keep the facility smelling nice. Thank you staff at cypress ridge for all the help. Will recommend.

Cypress ridge has an amazing quality of care, views & respect. My grandpa was a resident/patient here November- December, the small gatherings they did for them during the holidays were very heartwarming. My loved one felt very loved – cared for. I have been here since before Xmas 2025 I have been doing therapy Monday- Friday, therapist are very good, they push us more then what we would normally do but that’s great, very appreciate, I have improved a lot since then mentally and physically. Nurses, are good. Don’t have much request for them but when I do they’re on it 24/7. My needs are deffiently being meant. Warmer showers would be highly appreciated but as of all people are really nice here including management always on the floor making sure we all feel loved. Would recommend this place. Nice view in my room as well. They have a purpose to get you back moving as quick as possible & I love that!!! ❤️

The staff at Cypress Ridge were amazingly accommodating with us. They provided a single room for my mother in law who stayed with them for 6 weeks. She had been hospitalized prior for a psychotic break and was somewhat of a difficult patient. The staff at Cypress Ridge were compassionate and efficient at all times. The director communicated with me immediately after any request. Their onsite social worker was fabulous and kept track of all the appointments for all the patients and helped me through not only all the daily appointments but also interviews with our transition to assisted living. I also need to give a shout out to all the nurses and staff who really do the hardest of work. I could see how much they all cared for every patient there. The front desk staff made sure nothing slipped through the cracks and the driver was always there for her for the multitude of appointments when I couldn’t be there. Finally, the OT and PT employees showed up for every patient 5 days a week always ready to motivate and move my mother in law and got her strong and ready for her next living arrangement. I could not have achieved what I did without Cypress Ridges staff’s support.

Wonderful care by wonderful staff, Room was great, light and airy. Physical therapists were skilled and very responsive to my needs. After a two week stay, I was much stronger and healthier.

After hip surgery, I spent 2 1/2 weeks at Cypress Ridge, where the staff met my needs extremely well for my recovery. The physical and occupational therapists were very positive, motivating and got me moving so I could get home. I would recommend this facility to anyone who requires care and attention!

My experience at CRCC has been very good! The people starting with Joanna in admissions, to all of the nurses, Isabella, Alyssa, and others that escape me at this time, to all of the CNA’s (way too many to list) that took care of me while in their care, I cannot begin to thank them all. I had the best of care. My therapists, Michaela and Bailey and all of the therapy group have been super. They got me up and moving every day whether I wanted to or not! I could go on and on! If you or anyone you know needs to be in a long term facility please check out CRCC. A clean and lovely place for you or a loved one. DL

I love it, very friendly staff. CNA’s are amazing. Andrea wound nurse is amazing. Admission department is very friendly & amazing, 10/10, Ren & Joanna!!! Rehab is guuuud!! Some food is amazing!! Dietician is amazing!!

My stay at Cypress Ridge Rehab has been pretty good except the food. Joanna admissions coordinator has been fantastic to me and roommates. She is very helpful and pleasant! Ren admissions director is very helpful when there’s a problem. He is very nice and professional.

Cypress Ridge Care Center is my favorite home away from home and has been a Godsend for me in this my time of need. I am 73 years young here and I say that sincerely! The Nurses and staff really truly care about each person in their care and will encourage you to be your best self here. Everyone is treated with the utmost courtesy and staff try to personalize the care you get here so that it feels just like your own family home. Meals are planned with utmost care and include a wide variety of healthy meats, vegetables, salads, and desserts. My father was in there care for 5 weeks. He isn’t good with talking on the phone and me being out of state I felt helpless. I want to give a special thanks to 3 people who assisted me in communication and checking on him for me via phone. Taking time out of their busy schedules whenever I called or texted to go check on him and his progress. They told me whenever there were concerns or things he needed and went to his room so I could just hear his voice. That meant the world to me and I want thank them so very much. Please tell Ren and Yoana on the intake team that they are very special people and deserve recognition. When he was being discharged Darci was the best. She set my expectations on the next steps and worked with coordination medication and travel arrangements. She is also amazing. While walking thru the facilities the first day I dropped my father off I saw lots of different patients. Some working in the halls with rehabilitation some gathering in group settings and some resting in bed. All different ages. Everyone stays busy. I am thankful for the care he received at Cypress Ridge care center.

It feels very clean and the staff were professional (both in dress and behavior) and friendly. The view for the residents and short term rehab patients from the dining room is spectacular! It overlooks beautiful green forestry with the bay beyond! I would be happy to have one of my loved ones stay here.

The staff is fantastic, but they could use a few more. They are patient, kind, and encouraging. The physical and occupational therapists are generally quite good at what they do. Their therapy room can get close to maximum capacity. They take patient satisfaction seriously. They have a person who visits patients once a week to ask if the patient has any requests or complaints. I eat more fresh vegetables and fruit at home than we get here, but overall the food isn’t bad and sometimes quite good. They unfortunately don’t forward patients records even when asked repeatedly.

Hello, I’m here at Cypress Ridge. They do a great job with rehab rehabilitation and taking care of my wife Virginia I can highly recommend this facility for the people and their ability to work with anyone in anyway thank you.

Physical therapy here has been great, the staff has been so good to me. Natalie, Miele, Chris, Anna are amazing nurses and Kristin in the front and Darci the social worker has been great to me. CNAs (Mark, Emmett) are very attentive. Vince transportation is very good.
